A Living Introduction will introduce you to future family members, such as your great Grandchildren, when you are no longer around. They will read about your likes, preferences, and personal choices, written in your own words, giving them a much better understanding of what you are like.
The description used in the Living Introduction comes from answering a short questionnaire found on this site. Your answers will be formatted into a "first person" narrative that is both interesting to read and easy to understand.

Unfortunately, there many people who are unable to create their own Living Introduction, because they have either died, become incapacitated, or are suffering from memory loss due to dementia or Alzheimer's Disease. If you know of someone like that, you can create a Living Introduction on their behalf, by answering the questions for them.
